HRP recommends having a trial for any session if possible. All bridal sessions must have a trial.
Trials take place at HRP’s stated location.
Services on the D-day will take place at your stated location. Maximum travel time allowed is 1 hr from Leicester city centre.
Timing and distance is decided based on Google maps® postage to postage calculation.
You are liable for any parking charges incurred as a result of your service.
Transportation costs are fixed and non-negotiable.
Some services can be negotiated on compassionate grounds. Please contact HRP with the details via the contact form.
The only acceptable payment method is Paypal®.
Payment must be received in full before any booking can be made and must be paid up to 1 week before the appointment.
HRP must receive photo ID before any booking can be made. Please see the privacy section for details on how your data is collected, used and/or stored.
You must inform HRP of any potential medical problems e.g. allergies when booking the service. HRP will not be liable for any medical problems sustained during the service.
While HRP will endeavour to give you at least 2 weeks notice of cancellation, there is no guarantee on how many days notice you will receive or on the service being delivered by HRP as planned.
If your appointment is cancelled by HRP, then a suitable replacement will be sought and you will be given advance notice. If no suitable replacement can be found then you will be entitled to a full refund.
In the event of mechanical breakdown, sickness, unsuitable weather, acts of terrorism, acts of God or any other circumstances beyond HRP’s control on the day of the appointment, HRP is only liable to you for the full refund of your payment.
If you cancel your appointment, you must give at least 10 days notice of cancellation to receive a full refund, any sooner timing will lead to a 50% refund only.
HRP reserves the right to terminate your appointment with no refund for any abusive or violent behaviour, displayed by you or any of your party, during a trial or on the actual day. Any such behaviour might lead to police involvement and litigation.
