Comments: Dot the i is one of those revolutionary items in beauty. This is the ideal make-up remover when you only need to erase that extra bit of eye-shadow or eye-liner. It is extremely handy if you are a make-up artist because it is quick and hygienic. With its extreme lightness and portability, you can go pretty much everywhere with it, and sort out those raccoon eyes in the middle of the party. It is based on a vacuum system, you just snap off the lined edge and the liquid fills the other end. Modelco have something similar with 36 swabs for £10 from beauty bay.

The problem with this sort of make-up remover is that the liquid is too much and it soaks the cotton completely. This makes it it harder to control the effect of the remover and it might end up smudging the look completely. You need quite steady hands to use these successfully.
