How many times do you wash your face daily?
Twice and I do it religiously too

What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
Dry skin with some oily patches

What is your current facial wash?
Essential Care Organic Citrus bla bla bla. I love it and am very unhappy about the fact it is coming to an end and I need to move on to a new face wash.

Do you exfoliate?
Yes twice a week. I’m currently using Burt’s Bees Citrus Scrub

What brand do you use?
As above. I’ll soon switch to Caudalie.

What moisturizer do you use?
Santa Verde Aloe Vera Medium crème. I wholly recommend this stuff to everyone, it’s pure Aloe vera.

Do you have freckles?
Nah my skin is like a baby’s bum!

Do you use eye cream?
Yes I use Trevarno Organic Eye Creme. Will be reviewing it soon before I switch to Chanel Beauté Initiale Eye Gel.

Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
No spots and I rarely mix (only when I have exams).

Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
No

MAKE-UP

What foundation do you use?
Christopher Drummond Veludo Velvet in Brown (because I bought it to review and it cost so much I cannot throw it away). Normally I’d use Jane Iredale PurePressed in Maple and I also have M.A.C studiofix in NW45 but I don’t like it.

How about concealer?
I don’t use concealer, no need for it (even though that MUFE HD concealer is in my kit)

Do you know your undertone color?
Warm

What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I don’t like anything fake- fake nails, fake hair, fake lashes etc. I use them on clients though and I think they cost way too much!

Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Yes and I do, but I’ve kept my Jane Iredale ones for about 6.5 months because they squeeze out and are quite difficult to contaminate or dry out

What brand of mascara do you use?
Jane Iredale, Maybelline (but I do not like shellac because it dries the lashes), Tarte.

Sephora or MAC?
Sephora- more variety!

Do you have a MAC Pro-card?

Yes and I’ve used it only 4 times!

What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Brushes, cotton tips, sponges. Excluding brushes everything I have is disposable.

Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Yes I swear by Urban Decay primer potion. If it’s not something I need such a strong support for I use all sorts like toofaced shadow insurance, Jane Iredale lemon lid primer, Naked matte primer etc

For the face?
Smashbox HD primer does it for me every time, the mineral equivalent of that is Youngblood’s primer, which I use just as often.

What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
I don’t have one. I am a truly versatile person and I will try any colour/shade as long as it is for warm undertones.

Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
Liquid- allows for super precision.

How often do you poke your eyes with an eyeliner pencil?
I don’t.

What do you think of pigment eyeshadows?
That’s all I ever use. I have a few pressed shadow palettes but everything else is pigment.

Do you use mineral makeup?
Pretty much everything I have is mineral make-up. There a few things which have no mineral equivalent though. Like urban decay primer potion!

What is your favorite lipstick?
Don’t have one. I don’t do favourites with make-up. I think it reduces versatility.

How about lipgloss?
None either

What is your favorite blush to use?
None but I quite like Jane Iredale coco crème blush.

Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
Not in this millenium!

Do you like drugstore makeup?
Nope.

I did take make-up classes.

Name a makeup crime that you hate?
One colour and shade of eyeshadow all the way to the brows. It kills me!

Do you like colourful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
It depends on my mood and what I wear. Sometimes I just want to look neutral. Most times though, I’m super colourful!

Which celebrity always has great make up?
Err. Don’t really watch celebrities.

If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item,what would you use?
Lip gloss

Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
I do it every single day

Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
Yup

In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
I think its Jane Iredale for the mineral ones and probably Make Up For Ever for the non-mineral ones. MUFE don’t cater to women of colour as much as brands like M.A.C though.
